Ageing, sun exposure and hormonal changes can cause our lips to lose volume and appear thinner; even if you were born with fuller lips. Book an injectables consultation to discuss your options for lip enhancement – our experienced team will advise the best approach.
What Is Dermal Filler?
Dermal fillers are gel-like substances injected into the skin to physically lift and sculpt it, correcting wrinkles, folds, scars and asymmetries of the face. Dermal fillers are used for sculpting, shaping lips, cheeks, down turned mouth corners, chin and jawline as well as for lip enlargement.
How Long Does It Take?
Lip Enhancement treatments are fast and effective, taking around 45 minutes on average. To ensure you get best results from our lip filler treatment, you will have a consultation with a Registered Nurse and Dr Shobhan Manoharan, Dermatologist, prior to undertaking treatment, so that they can discuss the treatment with you and you can explain the type of result that you would like.
How Long Does It Last?
The results are immediate and last between six months to one year. Most clients require only one treatment to achieve optimal volume enhancement and fewer lip wrinkles. At Brisbane Skin we only use the very highest quality injectables – talk to one of our experienced nurse injectors to find out more.
