This gentleman has rosacea, leading to gradual thickening of his nose over the years (known as rhinopyhyma). As you can see, his pores were also quite enlarged. He also developed a skin cancer on his nose, which then required excision and skin graft. On the background of all of that, he had sunspots and damage. 1 treatment by Dr M with the CO2 laser has addressed all these issues in the one session, giving him back his 40 year old nose, and also cleaning up pre-cancerous changes.
