Rosacea Before and After Gallery

Nose sculpting by Dr Manoharan. Rhinophyma is a rare complication of rosacea but when treated with the right experience and tools can be moulded to produce pleasing results.

This gentleman has rosacea, leading to gradual thickening of his nose over the years (known as rhinopyhyma). As you can see, his pores were also quite enlarged. He also developed a skin cancer on his nose, which then required excision and skin graft. On the background of all of that, he had sunspots and damage. 1 treatment by Dr M with the CO2 laser has addressed all these issues in the one session, giving him back his 40 year old nose, and also cleaning up pre-cancerous changes. Note the shrunken pores also.
