Planning for your future skin
If you master good habits early, the sings of ageing will be minimised as you grow older. Prevention is the key when it comes to looking after your skin! Our tailored programs will provide you with the structure you need to develop those good habits.
Start with a nurse consult
Our specialist nurses will tailor a package with you that will achieve your desired outcomes. These packages typically combine a skin care plan with a series of in-clinic facial peels, the appropriate products and make-up for your skin-type, and preventative solutions. A hair removal program is often added to your package to take the stress out of looking your best at a moment’s notice!
Our specialist nurse injector is also an excellent initial consult for some preventative muscle relaxant or filler injections. At this age, we are not talking big units of relaxant or large volumes of filler, but some subtle injections will provide very natural-looking rejuvenation and prevent the twin terrors of wrinkles and volume loss creeping into your life.
Or go straight to a dermatologist
If you have any unresolved acne issues, our dermatologists will be able to provide the solution – it is never too late! There are also treatment options available for reducing the appearance of acne scars at the same time as treating acne. Your dermatologist will be able to talk you through the options available.
This is also the perfect age to begin regular skin checks. Many people think that they are too young to need a skin check; however, when skin cancer is caught early it is much easier to treat it non-surgically, leaving your skin as youthful as possible for as long as possible!
What should I be doing to help?
Come and establish a relationship with our nurses or specialists. We enjoy developing long term relationships, allowing us to keep your skin healthy over the long term. Remember, general consults with our nurses are free, so there is no excuse!
Sunscreen, diet and hydration, the correct skin care regime, makeup choices and overall fitness are the top 5 things that will affect your skin health and ageing!
